2. What data we process and what for
2.1 Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4). Only if you accept measurement cookies: cookie identifiers, pages viewed, device and aggregated browsing data. Purpose: to learn which parts of the guide are actually used and improve them. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a RGPD (GDPR)), which you can withdraw at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.
2.2 Contact email. If you write to us, we process your address and the content of your message solely to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when you contact us. Retention: for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry.
2.3 There is no other processing. This website has no forms, no sign-up, no newsletter and no online sales.
3. Processors and recipients
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4), as processor for the measurement. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Hosting on the owner's own server, administered by the owner: no external hosting provider is involved as a processor.
- No data is disclosed to other third parties and no advertising profiles are built.
4. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the controller's email address. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, the Spanish data protection authority).
5. Retention
Analytics data is kept for 14 months in GA4. Emails, for as long as it takes to deal with the enquiry.
